We expanded our Day & Night blinds collection to over 300 fabric options and introduced new color-matching capabilities for our Perfectly Fitted system. Customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and word-of-mouth recommendations became our biggest source of new business.

A decade in business deserved celebrating, but we did it the Perfect Blinds way — by getting even better at what we do. We launched our Urban Shutters range, bringing the premium look of shutters into a more affordable, lightweight uPVC format. We also expanded our smart home integration options, partnering with major systems like Alexa and Google Home. By the end of 2023, we'd fitted over 10,000 homes across Yorkshire and beyond.

We started 2024 by investing in our team's training and development, ensuring everyone was up to speed with the latest products and installation techniques. We introduced new external shading solutions, including ZIP screens, perfect for outdoor living spaces. Our distributor network grew significantly, taking Perfect Blinds quality to new areas across the UK and Northern Ireland. We also launched our new website, making it easier for customers to explore options and book consultations online.

This year is about refinement and excellence. We're focusing on the details that make the biggest difference—faster response times, even more fabric options, enhanced warranty coverage, and smarter logistics. We've introduced new energy-efficient blind options that genuinely help reduce heating costs. Our reputation continues to grow, but so does our determination to earn it with every single installation. Because after all these years, we still believe that good enough never is.
